Our Story
Barmaid was born from a common frustration in event planning. The process of booking venues was painful. Venues were unresponsive, and if they finally did respond, the prices were often way out of budget. For social chairs and event planners needing to make quick decisions, the lack of transparency and slow communication made it impossible.
The solution came from understanding both sides of the industry. Through hands-on experience working in a bar during college, we learned firsthand how complex venue operations are and how differently each establishment handles their business. This experience shaped Barmaid into what it is today.

As a Georgia Tech graduate with a background in technology, I bring a fresh perspective to the nightlife industry. My technical expertise, combined with hands-on experience in venue operations, gives me a unique understanding of how technology can transform the way venues and event planners work together.
